Weeping Rock
Zion National Park, Utah
Weeping Rock, a beautiful alcove of hanging gardens and dripping water, remains one of the most popular hiking trails in Utah’s Zion National Park—the trail is 0.4-mile roundtrip with a moderately steep climb.
From the Weeping Rock Trailhead, climb the steep trail to the lush alcove where young and old alike enjoy playing in the shower-like waterfalls that seep from the rock alcove—the moist environment is a haven for wildflowers such as columbine, shooting stars, and monkeyflowers.
